I just opened up enrollment to the Capitol Reef Mom Retreat, but only for five short days.
This is your chance to take a little time for yourself, meet some amazing women, and build your mom tribe.
We will be spending two nights and two days in the beautiful Torrey, Utah. There will be tasty food, epic hiking, and lots of laughs. Below is a quick overview of the trip itinerary:

Evening Activity – Introductions and Get to Know You
Thursday, September 14th
Breakfast @ 9 am
Morning Activity – Yoga + Scenic Drive through Capitol Reef National Park
Lunch @ 12 pm + Ice cream and Pie in Fruita, Utah
Afternoon Activity – Hike Sulphur Creek
Sulphur Creek is Capitol Reef’s version of the Narrows, but you don’t need a permit. The total length is 5.8 miles and we will pass through 2 miles of scenic narrows and traverse 3 waterfalls.
Dinner @ 6 pm
Evening Activity – Bonfire and Star Gazing
Friday, September 15th
Breakfast @ 7am
Activity – Canyoneering
We will be canyoneering Pete’s Dragon which is a very scenic canyon with 5 rappels, the final rappel being 100′. It is 3.5 miles total. All technical gear will be provided.
Finish around 3 pm – Head home

This retreat is for any mom that is looking to get out and adventure with other moms. It doesn’t matter how old your kids are (or how old you are) if you are a mom, we would LOVE to have you.
